Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to support clinical trial monitoring, site oversight, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor clinical trial sites for compliance and protocol adherence
Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
Ensure accurate data collection and source documentation
Maintain regulatory documentation and reporting
Support investigator training and site readiness
Ensure adherence to GCP and study protocols
Requirements
Degree in Health Sciences or related field 3+ years CRA experience
Strong understanding of GCP and clinical trial processes
Experience with monitoring and regulatory documentation
Strong organizational and communication skills
