Lead clinical services at CMHA Kelowna as a full-time Clinical Team Lead. This role focuses on supervision, consultation, and the quality delivery of youth mental health services.
As part of the Foundry Kelowna team, the Clinical Team Lead oversees clinical programs and supports clinicians. The position emphasizes enhancing learning experiences for students while ensuring high standards of mental health service delivery. This includes direct supervision of clinical staff and facilitation of training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise walk-in counselling services and initial assessments
• Provide ongoing clinical consultation to clinical staff
• Oversee practicum student program and training
• Facilitate Solution Focused Brief Therapy training
• Develop and supervise psycho-education programming
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Counselling
• 3 years of clinical counselling experience
• 1-2 years supervisory experience
