Responsibilities

This position is responsible for providing primary therapeutic, case management, and mental health and substance use support services for assigned clients, whether they are in hospital, residential, or community settings. Such services are provided where and as required, in accordance with care plans agreed to by the inter‑skilled clinical team, the individual and family.

Work Hours

Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Days - 08:00 to 16:00
