Responsibilities: 

Cleaning, enhancement, and standardisation of Maximo Master Data (Assets, Locations, Job Plans, PMs, Inventory and Calibration Datasheets)

Ensure Asset structure/ hierarchy reflects drawings and in field conditions.

Data Mapping of current Maximo system to new version

Development of training plan and delivery of training for end users.

Update and creation of SOP’s, training materials and other quality documentation.

Ensure compliance with site and global SOPs through collaboration with site and global stakeholders.
