Position Overview:

Reporting to the CNC Supervisor, the role is responsible for setting up, programming, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality components safely, efficiently, and to specification. The position ensures accurate interpretation of engineering drawings, effective operation of lightly attended automated machining processes, ongoing inspection and adjustment of production runs, and full compliance with quality, housekeeping, and health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:


+ Operating CNC Machine

+ Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.

+ Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines

+ Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
