Overview We are seeking a CNC Programmer with strong Mastercam experience to support the production of composite and tooling parts . This is a hands-on, production-driven role focused on creating accurate, efficient, and reliable toolpaths for 3-axis CNC machines . The ideal candidate can take existing geometry and turn it into clean, machine-ready programs with minimal supervision. Accuracy, consistency, and efficiency are critical. This role works closely with machine operators to ensure successful execution on the shop floor.
