Auckland Council’s Botanic Gardens has an opportunity for a Collection Curator to join the team on a 6-month fixed term basis (August 2026 – February 2027) .

This is an onsite, hands‑on role where you’ll be part of a high‑trust environment that supports flexibility, autonomy, and accountability.

Maintaining a portfolio of gardens at a world class botanic garden, and ensuring accurate taxonomic and horticultural data are maintained within the botanical records database will be essential.
