Responsibilities
Review assigned accounts for collection efforts.
Make professional outbound calls to collect payments while maintaining good customer relations.
Resolve customer billing issues and reduce account delinquency by ensuring proper application of payments.
Collect payments according to due dates.
Identify reasons for account delinquency and discuss them with account managers.
Monitor assigned accounts and collection reports.
