This job allows you to have a positive impact on the organization through your critical core business/technical knowledge, problem resolution expertise and support throughout the life cycle of CWB National Leasing customer agreements.

Your job

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns

• Secure payments in a professional, equitable and timely manner

• Work in partnership with clients to resolve disputes and negotiate the best possible solutions

• Exercise discretion and respect the confidentiality of all customers and vendor transactions

• Manage customer files / make decisions with respect to file acceleration (next steps i.e. repossession, write off, legal action)
