We are seeking candidates for the position of Collections Enforcement Clerk for a 12-month contract located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario. 

Compensation: Starting at $50,000 annually 

Job Description
As a Collections Enforcement Clerk, you’ll take the lead in preparing, filing, and advancing claims through the Small Claims Court process. From securing judgments to driving post-judgment enforcement—like garnishments and writs of seizure and sale—you’ll play a key role in turning challenging accounts into successful recoveries when standard collection efforts fall short.
