About the Role

As a Collections Senior Supervisor, you will lead and oversee end-to-end collections operations, ensuring timely recovery of accounts receivable while minimizing credit risk. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to drive cash flow performance, resolve disputes, and continuously improve OTC processes.
