Position Overview

Commercial Account Associate for the Commercial Insurance team. Deliver exceptional client service while working closely with Producers and Marketers on commercial accounts. Build long‑term relationships by answering client inquiries and facilitating policy and coverage requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update commercial client records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers and internal teams.
• Respond to and resolve client inquiries regarding policies and coverage.
• Support Producers in prospecting and closing new business.
• Assist in preparing and processing insurance applications.

Qualifications

• Level 1 General Insurance License required.
• Working toward or possess a Level 2 license (asset).
