Position Summary

Commercial Director leads and develops sales teams, processes, colleagues and efforts in order to achieve the planned sales quota assigned for the country through customer centricity and focus, forecast planning, market development and teamwork with other areas in Teleflex; always aligned to Teleflex Core Values as well as established policies and procedures.

Principal Responsibilities

You will be responsible for budget and projects for growth, sales and profitability of Teleflex operation in Latam to New Co product lines. This position leads, coordinates and motivates the sales force, in addition to interacting and leading by influence with the different functional areas, such as finance, operations, logistics, portfolio, demand and forecast to achieve the planned sales goals.
