Commercial Manager

Reports to: Vice President of Finance

Annual Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 based on experience

Location: Vancouver, BC

We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical Commercial Manager to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting franchisee financial performance across the business.

Responsibilities

Financially Critical Bakery Support

• Monitor cash flow and financial performance of at‑risk franchisee locations
• Identify financial risks early and support the development of recovery plans
• Track progress against recovery milestones and maintain accurate reporting records
