Large Civil Contractor is looking for a new team member to fill the position of Commercial Manager in Vancouver reporting to the Senior Vice President, Operations. In this position you will play a pivotal role in providing full-cycle commercial advice from pre-bid, estimating, bid-submission, negotiation, contracting, change and delay management, negotiating change orders, dispute resolution coordination, litigation support, and final project closeout reporting.
