Stryker's Commercial team sits at the hub of our ANZ business. We shape long term partnerships with our largest customers and the major private buying groups, not transactional contracts. This role is for someone already operating at a corporate, customer facing level who wants a bigger, more complex canvas to play on.

**What you'll do**

+ Own the commercial relationship with a portfolio of strategic customers and private buying groups
+ Lead complex negotiations and renewals end to end with Pricing, Financial Solutions and Legal
+ Build the long term partnership strategy for each account, including P&L, rebates and growth
+ Influence across Sales, BU Directors and the leadership team to land One Stryker outcomes
