THE POSITION

Working within established company guidelines and in accordance with established parameters, the Senior Underwriter is a key asset player performing the following assigned responsibilities:

• Reviews and underwrites complex underwriting skills in accordance with company guidelines rating manual rules and insurance laws and regulations.
• Determines appropriate pricing based on financial and competitive analysis in line with compliance requirements.
• Provides comprehensive quotes and prepares reports.
• Develops, manages, and expands broker relations for positive and profitable outcomes.
• Markets products and services through the brokerage community and makes field visits.
• Be a positive team member supporting others across functional areas.
