With a focus on financial accuracy and timely reporting, this role demands 1-2 years in property accounting, covering all aspects from financial statements to cash management. You will also cooperate with clients and internal teams to enhance financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate monthly financial reports according to client standards
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts accurately
• Track cash flows and major expenditures diligently
• Prepare budgets and year-end tenant billings
• Liaise effectively with clients and team members
Requirements:
• Enrollment in a CPA program or equivalent education
