Position Overview The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of Rivn’s commercial office portfolio. This includes tenant relations, vendor management and coordination, financial oversight, and capital project support. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, technically capable, organized, and comfortable interacting with tenants, contractors, and ownership.
