Exceptional opening with a terrific, regional law firm to join their successful real estate group as a commercial real estate paralegal. The day to day projects will keep you busy with UCC seraches, title & survey, perform due diligence and coordinate closing, drafting leases and appropriate amendments, forming LLC's and partnerships, draft various documents for a multitude of new construction and developments and research.
