**Assignment Description**
The role holder is responsible for:
- Together with operation and other project Alliance members establish a handover hierarchy and handover strategy with focus on HSSEQ in the projects study phase and maintain this through all remaining project phases.
- Input to and acceptance of commissioning estimation associated with the commissioning scope to project manager/ Leads.
- Participate in the development of project installation and commissioning plans.
