This role sits within our Global Communications team and will work closely with the TikTok Shop Operations, Business and Product teams in Mexico as well as cross‑functional Legal, and Public Policy teams. This role will be critical in supporting TikTok Shop's expansion into Mexico with core responsibilities including building narratives, devising communications strategies and advising business and product teams on a range of topics including product positioning, market trends and external issues.

• Lead TikTok Shop communications efforts in Mexico, and be the first point of contact for TikTok Shop operations and business teams.
