Summary of Duties

Reporting to the Director of Community Development, the Community Inclusion and Outreach manager will be responsible for administering special needs and pre-employment services for the Líl̜wat Nation. This position will develop and integrate a case management system, working closely with Social Development and Community Inclusion to develop individualized plans. Individuals will be supported to increase independence through skills development and personalized planning for people with special needs and individuals that qualify for pre-employments services or who might have barriers to inclusion.
