Position Summary

Concert Properties is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our rental office, serving 110 residential units at our new Property in North Vancouver, Echo – North Harbour. Reporting to the Property Manager, the Community Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing tenant relations, overseeing property maintenance, and supporting budget and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on‑site and mobile staff, handle scheduling, performance reviews, and training.
• Ensure high‑quality maintenance, including inspections, preventative upkeep, and contractor management.
• Oversee tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and issue resolution.
• Assist in budget management, process payments, and monitor expenses.
• Maintain up‑to‑date property records, compliance, and support health, safety, and sustainability initiatives.
