Hours
Full time and part time positions available 25-30+ hours.
Pay Range
$60.00 - $72.00 per hour as an Employee.

Day to day activities vary from serving clients in the community, in clinic, networking and collaborating within the larger health care community and with the funder, completing reports, and solving problems/overcoming barriers to achieving the Care Goals.
