Our client is a sizable Hong Kong Listed organization with business & plants in different region in Greater China. 

The role:

  • Responsible for all kind of exercises of company secretarial, corporate governance and regulatory matters
  • Involve in the company secretarial activities mainly for Hong Kong Listed Company
  • Assist in organizing board / committee meetings as well as act as the host to manage and drive for the execution to ensure the meetings are running smoothly
  • Take meeting minutes and assist in drafting interim report, annual report, circulars, announcements, and other related documents both in English and Chinese
  • Ensure proper compliance with regulatory disclosure, reporting and statutory filing requirements
  • Act as good team player to support administrative / adhoc duties when required
  • Perform all ad hoc projects and corporate transactions
