Secret Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Initiate, process, verify and finalize electronic and manual claims ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and accurate. Process travel relocation and other employee claims using approved systems including electronic platforms. Conduct cost comparisons and provide financial analysis to support operational requirements. Respond to enquiries from managers staff and suppliers regarding financial procedures transaction status and documentation requirements. Coordinate travel arrangements including flight bookings using approved systems such as AMEX GBT/NEO. Maintain proper information management practices including filing safeguarding and retention of financial and administrative records.
