Job Description
Become a Compensation Governance Specialist in our Calgary Home Office, advancing compensation strategy and analytics across the organization. Your skills will directly influence equitable pay decisions.
As a Senior Specialist, you will play a critical role in the design and governance of compensation programs. With at least four years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, you are expected to enhance analytics capabilities and ensure compliance with compensation legislation. Your expertise will enhance HR and leadership decision-making through data-driven insights.
