About the Role
Tulip Group is seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and results-driven Senior Compliance Manager to lead and manage all compliance, sustainability, ethical sourcing, environmental, and social responsibility requirements across the Group's manufacturing facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all factories consistently meet and exceed international compliance standards while preparing the organization for customer audits, certification renewals, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a leadership position responsible for managing compliance across five garment manufacturing units and one integrated dyeing, printing & processing mill, ensuring world-class compliance systems are maintained throughout the organization.
