This role reports to the Deputy Director of Compliance and Oversight, where you'll conduct audits for registrants, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations. You’ll work independently to finalize results while supporting oversight of self-regulatory organizations and related entities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit registrants under The Securities and The Commodity Futures Act
• Finalize audit results with minimal supervisory involvement
• Assist in oversight administration of recognized SROs
• Evaluate compliance with legislation and company policies
• Communicate audit findings to internal and external stakeholders
