Position Summary

Execute indirect procurement activities for the company, including procurement of non‑merch products and services, sourcing activities, vendor management, and cross‑functional partner coordination.

Position Responsibilities

• Procure non‑merch products and services.
• Conduct sourcing activities (supplier development, RFQs, RFPs, bids, reverse auctions, price and terms negotiation).
• Manage vendor relationships, including periodic audits and performance evaluation.
• Partner with Compliance and Legal departments to ensure indirect suppliers are in full compliance with NDAs, FCPA, AML, and other contractual requirements.
• Identify and develop a competitive supplier base to support company growth and achieve economies of scale and supplier consolidation synergies.
• Collaborate with the U.S. team to leverage their supplier base.
