Qualifications:

• 7–15+ years ofexperience in concrete construction, preferably in heavy civil,infrastructure, high-rise, or industrial projects.
• 3–5+ years in asupervisory or superintendent role.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Proven ability to managelarge crews and multiple subcontractors.
• Strong understanding ofconstruction scheduling and productivity metrics.
• Proficiency withconstruction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with tunnelor underground concrete works considered an asset.
