We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients a Conference Operator (m/f), to ensure the smooth running of conferences and events within a dynamic and international environment.

Your responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for users in conference rooms
• Perform full checks of equipment (microphones, headsets, channels, computers)
• Operate audiovisual and simultaneous interpretation systems
• Execute conference scenarios via dedicated interfaces (AMX, Extron, Q-Sys, etc.)
• Manage microphones, cameras, and recordings in real time
• Provide support to interpreters, secretariats, and chairpersons
• Monitor and moderate hybrid meetings (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.)
• Coordinate webcast activities with specialized teams
• Monitor AV equipment during sessions and perform basic troubleshooting when needed
