Job Description
As a Responsible AI Advisor, you ensure that our AI solutions are in line with standards of fairness, transparency, simplicity and security across all sectors. At the same time, you foster innovation and help update our practices to ensure that Desjardins is keeping up with society’s standards and expectations. More specifically, you will be required to:
Produce and oversee red-teaming exercises for our generative AI solutions.
Co-define and co-pilot a responsible AI practices roadmap for the organization’s AI Centre of Excellence (CoE).
Design and develop reusable frameworks, tools and guides to standardize and accelerate the assessment of our AI solutions in accordance with responsible AI guidelines and best practices on the market.
Establish and support key processes (pre-deployment reviews, post-production monitoring, incident management) to ensure compliance with responsible AI principles and policies.
