Technical Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Advanced English Knowledge: upper intermediate, advanced or proficient

• Strong and verifiable engineering/architectural background and experience

• Experience working with Stones, Stucco and CMU.

• Knowledge in Software tools: such as AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Countfire, etc.

• Ability to perform drafting, layout work, and straightforward calculations, take-offs, budgets relative to all construction details...
