Work with architects, engineers, and other specialists to hire full-time and part-time subcontractors and laborers, as well as coordinate their schedules. Attend coordination and progress meetings; visit construction sites on a regular basis, including bid walks, preconstruction walks, in-progress site visits, punch walks, and construction closeout. Throughout the construction process, conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections to ensure that the working environment is kept at acceptable levels and that tools and equipment are in good working order.

Maintain and update SOW and preconstruction documents, as well as monitor contract obligations, with the goal of developing relationships with trustworthy contractors and vendors.
