**Job Description**

This role oversees safety on a large, fast-paced mixed-use construction site, ensuring that all workers follow established safety protocols and that incidents are documented accurately. You will work primarily on parkade and residential tower scopes within a major redevelopment project, combining active site presence with hands-on support and clear communication across trades.

**Responsibilities**

+ Walk the construction site regularly to monitor work areas and verify that all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
+ Identify unsafe conditions, hazards, or at-risk behaviors and intervene promptly to correct or escalate issues as needed.
