Danfoss Mexico is seeking a committed and energized Continuous Improvement Lead to deploy and execute the continuous improvement strategy, as well as to develop, implement, and sustain process improvement initiatives. This role supports the creation of a CI Culture and the development of necessary information and systems in accordance with the Danfoss Business System. Responsibilities Lead deployment of lean tools in the site, such as MIFAs, 5 S, Kaizen, Setup Reduction, Cost Outs, Material Flow, standard work, TPM, and frequency studies coordination.
