About the job Continuous Improvement Manager

Position Summary:

This role reports to a Plant Manager. The CI Managerentails overseeing the implementation, initiation, and ongoing application of continuous improvement principles in the manufacturing facility in Monterrey, Mexico. This individual will collaborate closely with the Plant Manager and the Monterrey Project team to identify and prioritize opportunities, as well as support the team in implementing activities using lean tools. Additionally, the CI Manager will directly oversee a range of specific and intricate improvement projects aimed at enhancing customer metrics, cost reduction, safety improvement, quality enhancement, and working capital reduction. This leader will be responsible for leading the plant's team of CI Engineers and CI Technicians.
