Job Description
Exciting opportunity at Cogir Senior Living for an Office Manager on an 18-month contract in Winnipeg. Leverage your administrative and financial expertise to support our senior living community.
This role requires you to effectively manage resident interactions and ensure accurate financial tracking, including Payroll and scheduling. You'll be a key player in shaping the experience of our residents and leading the reception team. Flexibility in your schedule is necessary for daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Engage with residents to address their needs
β’ Oversee and update resident files diligently
β’ Lead the reception team and provide necessary training
β’ Manage accounting duties like budgeting and expense tracking
β’ Ensure processes comply with regulations and internal standards
Requirements:
