- Handle file processing, system entries (Felix), enforceable documentation, and peer audits with precision.
- Complete and audit contract modifications and transactions, including bulk and high‑value items up to $1MM.
- Provide expert advice on agreement modifications, manage risk, and minimize financial losses.
- Conduct audits as required by Felix, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Deliver clear transaction instructions and manage challenging conversations with a customer‑first approach.
- Identify training needs, streamline processes, and mentor peers on manual tasks and audits.
- Stay informed on system and policy changes, support software testing, and communicate requirements internally and externally.
