ServiceTitan is seeking a motivated Talent Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team as a contingent worker (CW) supporting our Sales Development organization. In this role, you will drive full-cycle recruiting for high-volume sales roles, collaborate with the broader TA team and hiring managers, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience as we scale our sales motion.
What you'll do:
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Sales Development roles, from sourcing and screening through offer and close, while maintaining a best-in-class candidate experience.
Source and attract active and passive candidates through various resources including direct outreach, referrals, social networks, LinkedIn, networking events, and job boards.
