Job Description
PPI is on the lookout for a dedicated Contracting Administrator to streamline contracting for independent advisors. This position supports a hybrid work model, blending efficiency and flexibility.
As the Contracting Administrator, your focus will be on ensuring smooth contracting processes with various insurance carriers. You will be responsible for resolving issues related to licensing, maintaining data integrity, and providing timely assistance to advisors. Your role is crucial in fostering relationships and ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate advisor contracting processes efficiently
• Maintain regular communication with advisors about their status
• Review and correct advisor contracts as needed
• Utilize APEXA for onboarding and compliance management
• Investigate commission-related inquiries and issues
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in contracting
• Bilingual in French and English is advantageous
