ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a results-driven and operationally savvy Financial Plant Controller to serve as the finance leader in the Plant. This is a high-impact leadership role for this manufacturing site and across the Region/Segment/Division

Reporting directly to North America Regional Controller, the Financial Plant Controller will own all aspects of plant-level financial operations by partnering closely with operations, supply chain and other members of the plant staff management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cost Accounting & Financial Reporting

· Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual plant financial statements and management reports

· Analyze cost drivers, cost conversion variances, and operating margins to provide actionable insights to plant leadership

· Ensure timely and accurate period-end close activities
