Overview

As Controller, you’ll play a key role in shaping financial discipline and supporting the continued growth of a purpose-driven Canadian brand. You will lead day‑to‑day accounting and financial reporting functions while ensuring strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and financial integrity across the organization. This role partners closely with the VP of Finance and cross‑functional leaders to support sound decision‑making and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate recording and reporting of all financial matters
• Develop, approve, and implement internal accounting policies, procedures, and controls
• Assign tasks and projects to staff and supervise month‑end procedures
• Manage the annual year‑end financial review with external accountants
