The Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Controlling Specialist to join our Manufacturing Finance team in Radom. This role will support both Finance and Supply Chain activities by delivering accurate financial planning, reporting, and controlling support within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with Finance and Operations teams, supporting business performance through insightful analysis, reporting, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies.
