Cooler+Freezer Order Picker
This is a vital role in our operations; the Order Pickers fulfill customer orders and prepare them for shipping. This role works exclusively in the Cooler and Freezer storage areas, operates machinery, picks at elevated levels and palletizes the order as it is being picked.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pick products as indicated on individual pick lists.
- Place products on pallet such that they are stable, secure, and well-balanced.
- Be familiar with warehouse layout, including directional access and location codes.
- Meet and exceed expectations related to accuracy and productivity.
- Adhere to safety standards, both in equipment use and in picking procedures.
- Learn and follow steps to choose correct pallet for different customers.
- Follow procedures when product is out-of-stock.
