About the Role

Reporting to the Supervisor, Health & Safety, the Coordinator, Emergency Response is responsible for the site-wide emergency management program. They will manage emergency response gear and equipment, training, rescue teams as well as lead emergency preparedness activities and ensure that rescue teams are trained to safely and effectively respond to site-related emergencies.

To be successful we require someone with the ability to multitask, stay organized, and adjust to changing priorities in a fast‑paced team environment. Someone who is self‑motivated, has strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, and is detail‑oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement. Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are vital in this role.
