Job Description
The Coordinator, Facility Management, provides operations and maintenance services for Client-Partner facilities. The incumbent manages and administers contracts related to facility management, maintenance and minor construction. The incumbent coordinates the activities of contractors, the Client-Partners and third parties, and convenes meetings regarding contract services. The incumbent may prepare or verify maintenance management plans, conduct building systems inventories, and review computerized maintenance management system data and reports.Β
