Job Description
For this position, we are specifically seeking a candidate with expertise in fire alarm systems to effectively support the management, compliance, and performance of fire detection and suppression systems. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating activities related to these systems, including inspection, maintenance, bringing up to code, and management of associated contracts, while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and the Client-Partnersβ requirements.
The Coordinator, Facility Management, manages and administers facility management contracts for the Client-Partners. The incumbent carries out all administrative activities and duties related to facility management, maintenance and minor construction contracts. The incumbent may prepare maintenance management plans, conduct building systems inventories, and review computerized maintenance management system data and reports.Β
